OVERVIEW
A dark, single-page features website designed to showcase Joe Bad’s appearances, collaborations, and featured work across the metal scene. The site was built to feel atmospheric and visually connected to the genre while still maintaining a clean and modern user experience.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was creating a darker visual style that matched the heavier aesthetic of the metal scene without simply reusing the same design language and colour palette from Joe’s vocal lessons website. The project needed to feel connected to the brand while still having its own distinct identity and atmosphere.
THE SOLUTION
The final design used a separate dark colour system combined with cleaner layouts, subtle motion, and refined typography to create a more cinematic and modern feel. While the site still embraces darker tones and metal-inspired styling, the visual direction was adjusted to ensure it felt unique from Joe’s other platforms rather than a direct extension of them.
